Yes, most of our properties are pet-friendly and will allow up to two pets. Breed and weight restrictions typically apply and only nonaggressive breeds will be allowed. Fees and deposits vary from property to property.
Typically no security deposit is required, based on credit approval. All we need is a credit card to guarantee payment.
Once a signed contract is received, your reservation is confirmed for a specific address and time frame. If you must cancel, we will do our best to re-lease the property. You are responsible for rent until another tenant takes occupancy for the term of the lease. A $250 cancellation fee will be assessed.

The property you select is placed on a 24-hour courtesy hold while we prepare a lease agreement and send it to you for signature. Once we receive the signed agreement, we’ll confirm your reservation via email.
We accept all major credit cards and checks. Any payment made by personal check must be received seven days prior to your arrival. Corporate leases can be direct-billed with an approved corporate application. Check with your company’s relocation specialist or human resources team if you have questions.
Usually a 30-night minimum stay is required. The lease term continues from month-to-month until a 30-day written notice to vacate is received. In some instances, we may be able to accommodate shorter-term stays, so check with us for availability.
Rates are quoted nightly and billed on a monthly basis, based on the number of nights in the month. The first month's rent is due prior to moving in.
No. Temporary Living Company prefers to quote an all-inclusive rate. For example, we offer two distinct packages for furnished properties—a standard package and an executive package. You’ll know precisely what is included in each and what they cost. The only additional charges are utility overages that exceed the cap stated in your lease agreement, pet fees, and deposits. Any special services, houseware requests, or furniture upgrades ordered after the initial reservation will be billed separately. We are required to collect sales and occupancy taxes for all leases of less than 90 nights.
We recognize that plans change and will try to extend your accommodations if the property has not been pre-leased to another client. In the event that it is no longer available, we will help you quickly identify another temporary home well-suited to your needs.
