The property you select is placed on a 24-hour courtesy hold while we prepare a lease agreement and send it to you for signature. Once we receive the signed agreement, we’ll confirm your reservation via email.

No. Temporary Living Company prefers to quote an all-inclusive rate. For example, we offer two distinct packages for furnished properties—a standard package and an executive package. You’ll know precisely what is included in each and what they cost. The only additional charges are utility overages that exceed the cap stated in your lease agreement, pet fees, and deposits. Any special services, houseware requests, or furniture upgrades ordered after the initial reservation will be billed separately. We are required to collect sales and occupancy taxes for all leases of less than 90 nights.

We recognize that plans change and will try to extend your accommodations if the property has not been pre-leased to another client. In the event that it is no longer available, we will help you quickly identify another temporary home well-suited to your needs.
